My name is Joe Ryan, and I am a freelance technical writer and business analyst with more than 20 years of experience in developing communication tools for business, including online help, user guides, training materials, online training (CBT), white papers, marketing collateral, policies, procedures, SOPs and more. As a business analyst I am experienced in writing user stories, business requirements, technical requirements, performing gap analysis, and client advocacy.
I pride myself on my ability to make complex concepts and procedures easier to understand. My career spans many industries, technologies and organization types.
